Our story
How we got here
Just as the world slowly opened up in 2021, Berna and Jacent were oblivious that their paths would be intertwined. The couple met unexpectedly through a mutual friend during the pandemic, where it started with a casual message about cat litter. The cat talks then became a constant exchange about life, food, and anything they could talk about. Days turned into weeks, then months. Some push and pull here and there, but eventually patience won.
“Walang matigas na tinapay sa mainit na kape.”
A bit of a cliché, but that same patience came in handy in their LDR, especially in keeping up with each other's temperament. They took a chance at love, they took a chance at a long-distance relationship, and just as the LDR chapter is closing, another one is opening up to jump into. This roller coaster called life, only this time, together.
